I needed help with planning for a new fence line on my property.

I had looked at doing it myself, but even with the guides you find online it proved to be constant pitfalls and hurdles.

Jamie ( JF planning ) helped sort all those issues out. From initial application, drawings and dealing with the council planners.
We were kept up-to-date with all developments and the process has now finally been completed.

Would recommend using Jamie's services just to have the piece of mind that everything is done correctly and that you don't have to for out extra money for incorrect detail.

We were recommended to use JFP (Jamie) by another village resident who had had a very positive experience with him. Jamie is easy to engage with, patient and good at listening while equally keen to offer suggestions or alternatives to design aspects which assist with your application and are broadly in keeping with expectations of the local planners. After a couple of on site meetings, Jamie provided a draft of the submission statement for us to review and comment on. The statement was impressive and I can see why using a planning consultant smoothed the way through the application process. I doubt many homeowners would have the experience or knowledge to write statements as inclusive as he provided. Once the submission was made and we had paid the fee directly to council, Jamie managed the process from there through to completion, including minor amendments. The payment breakdown for JFP was very clear and payments easily made via bank transfer. As such I would not hesitate to use JFP again or recommend his services to others.
