I bought a house in Derby six months ago and got Paul Jex to do my home survey… I am extremely happy with the service he gave me. The homebuyer report was very thorough and well done. I followed up a number of times with queries about things to do at the house, and he couldn’t have been more helpful and generous with his time. I would definitely use him again. I have done a few alterations and repairs since moving in based on his advice, and been very happy with the outcome, which kind of corroborates that he knew what he was talking about.

We used Paul for a Level 2 survey on a house we are in the process of buying. We were really happy with his services.
