Poor communication and interminable delays.

Can't speak to anyone on a reasonable timescale and only ever seem to get emails on Fridays.

Today they asked for a share certificate that they apparently hold.

We've sent them emails, which are followed by requests for information which was already contained in a previous email.

And any emails to them autoreply that the email has been received and a response will come in 3-5 working days.

I can't wait for this to be over so I never need deal with them again.

Had a horrible experience with conveyancing department a couple of years ago where they actively tried to cover a serious mistake. It shocked us and the estate agent, and had long-lasting repercussions. Do not trust. Incompetent and dishonest. I have evidence and witnesses if they want to refute this.

Extremely disappointed, I used Jerome in the past and it was efficient, great communication and working with a timescale. This time everything is wrong, from the late start of my case ,weeks were gone until paperwork summitted, lack of communication, never answer phone, wrong documents issues , and the lengthy process , is always something else. I feel like ending all because of so many months not progressing, living in boxes, with a illness...it is too much. No empathy for clients and no willingness to solved matters . I would avoid this firm, my case should be done by now.

My late father who died over eight years ago entrusted Jerome & Co with his Will, appointing two partners in the firm as executors.
The Will has been uncontested and yet there is still no resolution and the executors have not provided information regarding the administration when requested.
I strongly recommend avoiding this firm.
