I recently sold my properly with Sheldon Bosley Knight, using Jephson Legal for the conveyancing, including the purchase of our new house. Bethany acted as our Sales progressor and Tom as the conveyancer (with assistance from Numan also). The full team were incredibly helpful throughout the process - all parties wanted this to move quickly so I was requesting updates/ information daily towards the end which the full team were very supportive of and never got frustrated with me. Since the sale Tom has continued to provide information when requested and in total we managed to complete the sale and purchase in just under 3 months - which is fantastic! Don't even bother just look for an other one.
They were suggested by the estate agent, their performance has been subpar. Their role has been limited to merely forwarding emails from the buyer, without adding any value to the process. They have agreed to everything without proper scrutiny, requiring me to intervene and push back on several occasions. Additionally, their overall approach has been disorganized.

I cannot recommend Ella enough. Her expertise and professionalism really helped the buy and sell process and reduced the stress levels no end.

Ella worked in the Sales Progression team, and just having one point of contact for solicitors and estate agents is brilliant.

Even at those points where there was nothing to report, Ella would still take my calls and provide the facts with clarity and in a supportive manner.

I felt like Ella really was invested and understood my concerns, and that I wasn't just part of the buy and sell process.
