Absolutely deplorable experience with Jen—she aggressively coerced me into paying £130 for an appointment, misleading me into believing I qualified for legal aid. Only after taking my money did she coldly inform me I wasn’t eligible, then flat-out refused to refund me, hiding behind her so-called "T&C." This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s outright predatory and greedy, exploiting people for profit. Jen’s shameful conduct and dismissive attitude make it abundantly clear her services would’ve been utterly worthless anyway. She should be embarrassed by her unethical practices!

Jen took Caroline and I through the mediation process in a very smooth and compassionate way, dealing with all of the aspects we needed tackle to bring about our separation and eventual divorce... the financial settlement was agreed under mediation and latterly bound by the use of a solicitor. Not getting solicitors involved was the way we wanted to go, only using them to the bare minimum.

Being able to talk and kept on a pathway of what needed to be done was incredibly helpful, extremely efficient (in hindsight), and the process was not at all stressful. Jen actioned Caroline and I to complete what needed to be done between meetings and kept us very much on track.

I highly recommend Jen to anyone.

Jen was open, friendly, and flexible - we came to the agreement that mediation wouldn’t help in my situation due to the circumstances, but I would use Jen again should mediation be suitable.
