Tried to instruct. When I chased up what was happening I was told that I had to sign terms and conditions which days after advising I wanted to go ahead, I was told were still sitting in a pile of dictation and they could not tell me when these would be sent out. I queried the possibility of these being emailed to me but was advised that these could not be emailed to me as apparently I have to sign an ‘original paper copy’ then go into the office with it and my ID. Lady on the phone was very rude and could not give me any idea when the terms and conditions would be typed up or even be posted out to me. I asked to speak to the solicitor and was told that he wouldn’t want to speak to me and would just tell me the same as she had. Customer service from the lady who answers the phone is non existent. She really did not want to help. Extremely frustrating to deal with. If you want helpfulness and good customer service then avoid.

Excellent professional service
I am a landlord. I have purchased and sold most of my properties by Jamesons Conveyancing.
They were recommended by a work collogue. I have had a good professional service from the team.
Purchasing properties through auctions on a limited time scale, I feel confident that the purchase will happen on time. I know the team have prioritised purchases to suit these tight timescales.
I prefer to work with a local company, rather than using call centre conveyancing.
The fees are very agreeable too!

Do not use this company!!! Due to incompetence of staff this company lost me my house sale within days of the completion date. Giving my purchaser misinformed & incorrect information from a report that had simply not been updated over the years. A mistake that was very clear to see even from a non professional. it was simply common sense.

Just to save any confusion we were not their client (luckily) however my purchaser WAS their paying client. So if your in a chain - do not use them/advise them to use someone else.

Do NOT recommend.
