A couple of months ago I approached James at James Lawler Financial to review the situation on my Buy to Let mortgage which was coming to the end of its fixed term period. He very kindly came to my house at a time of my choosing, listened to our needs and after a thorough review of the available mortgages on the market, he recommended that our best choice was to do nothing, and simply let the mortgage revert to the standard variable rate.

Knowing James as I do I am not surprised that he did not try to sell us something that wasn’t in our best interests but instead recommended that we go down a route that would earn him nothing. This is however very refreshing and I should like to express my gratitude for NOT selling me a mortgage.

His professionalism and integrity is second to none. Based upon this experience I have had no hesitation in recommending James to others and will continue to do so, safe in the knowledge that he truly cares about ensuring the client gets the best deal possible.
