J Scott is really the best family lawyer I've had. She is quick, efficient, and most importantly, doesn't seek to screw your case over.

Don't under estimate this last point. I've had the displeasure of using a solicitor in Maidenhead who screwed me over by giving bad advice, causing me to lose my house. Some lawyers even help the other side by insisting you hand over information.

I've also had a barrister who gave bad advice and cost me a court case and a lot of money. I've had another big London firm simply give poor advice.

Above all, you need to have confidentiality with your lawyer, and for that, JScott and Co come out on top - easily. She's very good with family law and for that I think she deserves a positive recommendation from me.
