James offered to come to our house which we found very convenient and he dealt with the whole service very swiftly, communicated with our solicitor in Fuerteventura and arranged the courier collection for us. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be travelling extensively over the next year and required a notarized copy of my Lasting Power of Attorney for use abroad in the event of any emergency. Mr Stirk guided me through the process checking what was required for every country I intend to travel to.

I had not realised that each country requirements differ so I was glad that I did consult a proper notary rather than following the advice of the Office of Public Guardian who indicated I could self certify . That could have been a costly mistake to find out abroad in an emergency situation that no officials would accept the self certified copy.

Mr Stirk made the whole process painless . Professional and courteous. Fast and efficient producing a beautifully bound sealed legal document.
