A complete shambles.

The speed with which they work is slower than a sundial. The impression I was left with is that they are somehow overworked and underpayed. Not returning calls or following up on my enquiries and at times asking me to complete forms which are their responsibility.

What I later discovered is that forms/documents that should have been submitted four months ago have not been attended to at all and simply been ignored, causing me undue delay and considerable inconvenience. An email advised me that Alex’s employment came to its “natural conclusion” , which I see as most likely due to a series of complaints. A solicitor left the firm, leaving me high and dry. Good work!

Assume, that if I do not chase a solicitor, they are busy working my case and not sitting on their hands. Their case load ,seems to me a bit more than they could chew.

Overall, the verdict is that they are low energy/ interest in the client and sloppy.

Do not use this company for probate matters under any circumstances… they do not respond to emails or phone calls. And will hold onto monies that is due to be distributed to executors , unnecessarily.
