I am amazed to hear so many bad reviews for this company
I have had a couple of dealings with them for various reasons regarding my properties
I can honestly say I have had nothing but a five star service
Contact has been speedy and helpful I always get to talk to the person I am dealing with . The advice has been professional and all matters dealt with quickly and effectively .
I can’t say anymore than that . I will be using them for any other matters that are within their remit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
I would mention names but not sure it’s appropriate as I’m sure all of the solicitors and staff are equally as exemplary
I’m baffled as to others experience

Their reputation as a bunch of scamming, unethical con-artists was very recently re-affirmed. Late payment/admin fees of >200% for searching for my email address, on top of their client's (EJ Estates) 100% charge. Both companies seem to have a long history of scamming the public, but still remain in business.
AVOID THESE FIRMS AT ALL COSTS.

Shoking behaviour of customer care member of staff. I was trying to explain him he started laughing at me. Taking Micky out of me. Unprofessional and un helpful staff. Highly recommend do not contact them for anything.

I work for a property investment fund with over 3000 properties in our portfolio. I have never encountered such a unscrupulous and backhanded legal firm than J B Leitch in all my years in this industry. I feel sorry for any individual leaseholder who is having to deal with this scam of a legal firm. Even as a professional in this industry, dealing with J B Leitch is a nightmare. I feel aggrieved by them and it's not even money.

Awful firm.

They added over a thousand pound to a bill I wasn’t paying for ground rent as the company was doing a terrible job.

JB Leitch are allowed to pursue you and enforce CCJs. They prey on you. Disgusting firm.

Awful company. Don’t read emails. Simply send auto replies to keep adding on legal review charges. Hopefully one day somebody will stand up to these bullies.

Agressive debt collectors backed up by poor administration, woeful communication and a total absence of legal nouse. The people involved in this charade should be deeply ashamed.

As previously mentioned by all the other reviews. This company deserves zero stars, I’ve never spoken to such an unprofessional and unethical company. I will be reporting this firm to the regulator. If anyone has experienced the same, I’d recommend a complaint against the firm then escalate accordingly.
