I did my Door Supervisor Training with ITS Pro and I am now going to find a job in security to protect people and make them feel safe. I like my first aid training it was very good. I am now very strong very knowledgeable and I understand how I can arrest someone if they endanger other peoples life’s. I would recommend for anyone to join this training you will learn too much and everything will be good for you to use in your everyday life.

Amazing training centre! I am very thankful that I got to train at 1st Site. The whole experience was exquisite. The trainers are very articulate and clear with sharing their knowledge and they taught me very efficiently! They do a very good job in sending newcomers into the security industry well prepared and knowledgeable. Honestly speaking it was the best training I have ever received from SIA qualified trainers. Very professional.

I successfully came out with top notch CCTV control room knowledge. I now know how to use PTZ controls and I am confident in identifying suspects, buildings and vehicle registration numbers. I am fully fluid in using the phonetic alphabet when it comes to identification.

I know all the image size requirements for evidence when taken through the CCTV camera such as Observation quality must be at least 25%, the recognition of the evidence must be at least 50%, the identification must also be 100% as it is very important to be able to identify anything when required. Detection must be at 10% and vehicle reg numbers and the colour of the car must always be at least 50%.

Today I pleased to say that completed my SIA TOP UP training course. I am also thrilled to say that I’m am a qualified First Aid Level 3 individual. This course has taught me essential and valuable skills that benefit me in my field of work.
Some of the skills that I obtained from this course consists of knowing how to conduct a CPR, learning physical interventions, learning how to use a radio effectively etc.
I would like to send a massive thanks to the trainers and management of ITS Pro Training and also highly recommend my friends and family to attend.

SIA Top Up Training Completed Today, I am happy to say I am know First Aid Qualified Level 3, I am more knowledgeable about the legislation in the security industry, I have enjoyed the Physical Intervention training.

Some of the highlights for me are

- knowing I can check the UK threats level on M15 website
- what I can do in terrorist situation to keep the public safe
- how to use and communicate with a Radio effectively
- carry out CPR, choking, put a person in a recovery position
- form the physical intervention I liked the V Hold and Secure Hold, knowing it is safe and effective to use.

A massive thank you to the trainers and the management team at ITS Pro Training. Will be recommending my friends and family.

I have had my 2 days top up SIA training with ITS PRO TRAINING and i thoroughly enjoyed the course. Our instructor (Vivek) was absolutely fantastic. I received first aid training as well as physical intervention skills, and achieved ACT (Actions counter terrorism) certificate. I am confident in my abilities as a first aider and security operative.

I have completed my SIA Door Supervisor at itsprotraining and in this I have learnt many skills such as the emergency first aid course, the different types of holds (v, safe, secure and single person support hold), the correct way to deal with customers and difficult situations with the right strategies for each, the correct way of communicating with customers with both non verbal and verbal.
We also completed the physical intervention practise which is an extremely useful set of skills. And we have completed this course within 6 enjoyable days.

Overall, the trainers here have great teaching skills, they have a great team here 👍

I just completed my SIA training program, it was an amazing experience working with a great team trainers, the technique they used in the lecture was was on point.
Teaching us to know the importance of safe guarding and what it means to be a top notch security officer.
My class was ranging from
1) first Aid , and why it is important to take that as a first step in situation if found in one.
2) conflict management: how to handle the situation ones found in such environment
3)queue management: teaching us how to handle the negative reaction from the situation .
Undergoing training with ITS PRO TRAINING has helped build my self confidence.
