They have come to our company after we left a group and became standalone. The difference is incredible. One phone call and things are fixed. Patrick and Morgan have both been amazing throughout the transition process and super helpful. Great and their job and nice to have around the office when they come in too 🙂

Received a very rude phone call this morning from a lady at It Desk UK wanting to speak to our M.D, as she had apparently spoken to him earlier in the year regarding IT support. Our M.D doesn't and has never dealt with company utilities or renewing of contracts and would certainly never have time to engage in conversation with sales calls. I tried very politely to explain this her and tell her the information she had given me was false. She then tried to tell me when our It Support was up for renewal, when I know for it's a rolling contract which she argued against. | explained that the company we are with we are extremely happy and then she put the phone down on me. What a delightful company. When trying to seek further business, the worst tactic a company can use in our eyes is lying it will get you no where just leave you with a bad reputation. Think some training on customer service is required IT DESK UK!!
