My name is George Gadsby I was sentenced to 5 years 7 months.
At the beginning the solicitors I had weren’t doing their job and I felt like I was being thrown under the bus so to speak, I wanted to change firms and my girlfriend knew of one through a friend she knows. I got my case transferred to Issac legal services and soon met Michelle Trevis who called herself Shelly this immediately made me feel at ease and that I was in safe hands due to connecting with her in a friendly manner and not like a chore like with the last firm I had. This was only the beginning of a positive experience I had from having Shelly support me, she’d answer calls, take time out of her day to help me with things that wasn’t case related which confirmed my belief that I was in safe hands. She quickly came to visit me face to face.
We discussed my case, options and also evidence from the CPS, she also introduced me to a barrister who had been hand picked by her. The care and attention I got from her was invigorating and alleviating pressure as I had a 12-16 year guideline hanging over my head was daunting. My next visit was from Morgan Pirone my hand picked, highly praised barrister. He was assertive and came of professional and diligent. We had a good chat which cemented my own faith in him. At a hearing mr Pirone secured me a psychiatric granted from the judge and that was my saving grace as on sentencing it dropped my culpability and guidelines to 6-10 year. Mr Pirone then mitigated before sentence passed and I was amazed with how hard he was fighting for an amazing outcome with the awful crime I had committed I will terribly regret but he was professional throughout and got me less than the guidelines and I can’t thank him & Shelly enough. Shelly was also attentive to my Girlfriend supporting her throughout and keeping her in the loop with all progressions and predictions. I highly recommended Michelle Trevis to anyone that has got criminal problems I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
