Rachel handled my brothers case brilliantly, she is a brilliant lawyer and I am so glad she handled our case. Rachel took over my case, she was upfront with me about everything, between the period, my mum passed away, as soon as informed her. The most professional solicitors I have come across. I needed help with the kids of my wife in order to bring them from Philippines . The son was over the legal age of 21 and we thought it will be almost impossible to bring him also in UK but Rachel has done the impossible. She proved he was dependant financially on us and therefore they both been granted entry to UK on family permit . I have no words to describe the magic she worked . A friend of mine recommended Mrs Rachel to me. I’ve tried so manny lawyers in London that never did what Rachel did to me. On our first conversation I explained my situation and She was opened and honest about the process. She did not promise me that I would be granted my graduate visa eventhought my Tier 4 was expired but She was confident about it and She knew exactly what to do, which is hard in London. Some lawyers know that they won’t be able to help you but they still take your money and you are left stranded.

Mrs Rachel gave me hope that it was something definitely worth a try and because I was prepared to leave the country I didn’t have anything to loose. I trust the process and less than 2 months I got my graduate Visa.

I wished that I met Rachel soon but I believe in destiny that people are meant to meet on the right time. If I could I could give endlessly stars for the joy and hope Rachel from Irving Legal gave me back.

I’de been fighting my case with Homeoffice for the last 6 years ,and my partner and kids for the last 4 years ,I had my case with 5 other different firms, 1 year ago I went and met Rachel after being recommended to me by a friend ,that is the best decision I have made for a very long time , since our first meeting it gave me a reassuring feeling, whatever she (Rachel)was saying it made sense,something which I hadn’t experienced before.

Rachel and her team did an outstanding job with our appeals at Tribunal hearing, decision was given on our favour , now we have our residence cards and travel documents.
