Incredible service from Iron Dome. I have a home office in my garden which has been unusable, due to the appalling internet reception. Brad De Lange came to my house and my home office is now fantastic. The internet speed is fast and it was all installed swiftly and efficiently. I was so pleased to have such a wonderful service. Brad and the team are incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of security and IT efficiency. Next step is to get them working on the rest of our house! Thank you Brad!

I contacted Iron Done as I had some issues with my PC. They arranged look at the PC without delay and within a matter of hours they had sorted out the issues. They ensured that my back ups and security, malware etc. protection was totally robust. My PC has been running much faster since and I know that my data is fully backed up and protected. The team are also extremely friendly, as well as being at the top of their game. I thoroughly recommend Iron Dome.

Can't Image these Reviews are real. I inquired for a product that is only available at a handful of resellers worldwide a week ago and didn't even get a confirmation mail, let alone an answer to my request. So i wrote a second mail.

In the end i wrote multiple mails, called a few times and always got promised to be called back shortly. nothing ever happened.

Update:

I got a mail from the CEO today regarding this review.

i answered him that i only want a quote for an item, and that i need it urgently. and lo and behold - got an auto-reply from him that he'd be out of office.

I actually called him after that - Absolutely Arrogant. Did not even bother to ask if he can make it right and offer me a solution.

This is beyond a joke. I will rather put up with ordering that stuff from another continent than bother with this palce again. It is unbelievable how this company can actually exist.

No i do not give "a lot" of nergative Reviews. Right now 11 of more than 40 Reviews are Negative. i don't damage the reputation of a business without considering. But you just simply couldn't do anything right, at all.

There was no Miscommunication - I kept requesting the product for a week. you had my E-Mail Address (a wrong punctuated one and the correct one) and my phone number as well.
Your staff simply didn't bother to send a quoteon my inquiry.

Also, Your Response here speaks a whole different language than you did on the Phone. Instead of setting things right and offering to solve my request, You were arrogant and angry. i still asked for that quote, but you refused to do business with us entirely because you were angry about this absolutely honest google review.

Ryan, one of the IT Service Desk guys, is really good, always extremely helpful and always asks can I help with anything else while I am on the phone with you. Iron dome are always really quick at answering tickets too, within 5 to 15 minutes max.
