Cassie Shaw from Invictus is very supportive, always happy to help me, and doesn’t mind taking the time to explain financial matters in simpler terms for me – reassuring me that no question I ask is too stupid! Cassie takes the time to understand my personal circumstances and what she feels I would most benefit from in terms of savings, investments and pensions, and I never feel that she is trying to “sell” me particular products.

I also feel that Cassie goes “above and beyond”. For example, during one of our early conversations, I mentioned that I remembered having taken out two work pensions when I was with previous employers (one of which was around 30 years ago), but had long ago lost touch with the pension providers, having moved house and job a number of times since (as well as having changed my name!). Cassie was an absolute star and managed to track them down for me which I’m delighted with, particularly as they had earned a fair amount over the years.
