We had a really poor experience with this company after commissioning a Screening Report. For a company that services a No Win/No Fee client base that often doesn’t get paid for years, one might hope that some leeway may have been allowed in terms of payment. Instead litigation was commenced less than 3 months down the line, with a hefty commercial interest applied. Our impression was this was a route that Inneg took regularly to squeeze out extra profits from its clients. They were fairly clear in communications that the companies objective is profit (as opposed to any kind of relationship/service aspiration)
