I use their advice service for a Permanent Residence Card renew and I paid £120 for this. On arrival I was asked to apply for naturalisation instead of PRC renew which would cost me around £2000. Because I didn’t have time to apply for naturalisation and I needed the passaporte ASAP for travel then I told the solicitor that I would like to renew instead and for my surprise the solicitor “advice” me to apply online (£220 + £500 their charge), which was the wrong process for my case. The right paper work or form would have to be a (EEA) PR form. So my point is that they wanted my money and they gave the wrong information so they could do themselves for a cheap price and that what happened because I did it myself and paid only £65, so guys never accept their offer, you can do it yourself. Their advice is towards money and they will never think on you the customer.
