Fantastic service!! I definitely recommend these folks. We are from Canada but on visa status as it is connected to my work. We’ve now been here five years which means we can apply for our ILR. The service from the first consultation through to the case worker has been amazing. They walked us through the whole process. I was also under a time limit, and they came through. Worth the money definitely. There are others who give these guys a bad review. But trust me, they are worth the money and they will get the job done. But you also have to be ready with all the documents that they reques, otherwise it’ll mess up your application. End result of my story three of us have our indefinite leave to remain as Canadian citizens in the UK, and the fourth received her dual citizenship!

Six years ago, while in the USA, I made a phone call consultation with one of your specialist advisors, Saimah Razzaq. Explained to her that I wanted to come and join my wife in the UK but who had recently just arrived from an EU country herself. The way Saimah handled my case was almost magical, and trust me, it wasn't as simple as anyone might think. She started the process around October 2017, and between October and December, she booked for my biometrics appointment in the USA and submitted my entire application (package) to the Home Office in NY and by the 15th of December I received my visa, and before end of January 2018, I was settled in the UK with my lovely wife.
That's how efficient the IAS is but kudos to Saimah Razzaq esp. for her knowledge and expertise in her job.
I've since, become a British citizen. ? . Their services might be a bit expensive but, no regrets and no disappointments.

With a last minute technical problem at my end, my advisor, Jason Griffiths was patient and suggested a quick solution to continue our session. I never felt rushed during the consultation and he was patient with my and my family member's multiple questions. We contacted IAS to get a quick document check on a visa application. We decided to go with the service and paid up front because they told us they could get it done that week. We then got an email changing the date of our appointment to the following week and also stating that we would receive a follow up email within 24 hours with the details. This email never came, and 48 hours later we had to call them to cancel our appointment, since we were on a tight schedule and could not wait for them to keep delaying. However, cancelling our service and getting a refund was a long winded, waste of our time that took multiple emails and phone calls with many examples of staff members saying they would get back to us for them to never do so; to still not be refunded our original up front fee several days later.
