I just received a Tier 2 visa with the help of Kate. While I was originally going to attempt to do the application myself, after seeing how much of a help she was to the company sponsoring me, I decided to go ahead with her. She ended up being a rock in an incredibly stressful time, and if I had any worries at all, she was very quick with an email or a call to go over all my questions with friendly, calm confidence. It was a huge weight off my shoulders knowing she was looking over everything for me and providing all the guidance needed for the whole process. I highly recommend her, and am planning on coming back for her help for all my future application needs.

Imelda helped me to be thoroughly prepared for my ILR application. She even supported me when there was an unprecedented delay with the Visa processing. IAS Excellent service. Prompt replies
I have been dealing with Kate who is in the Bristol office. She is knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel like nothing is too much bother for her.
She has given advice on job advertising and the steps for employing a non-EU citizen.
Her replies to my emails have always been quick and she has even taken the time to phone me if she felt it would be easier than replying by email.
If we had to employ another non-EU citizen, I would use IAS again. I totally trust them!

We are both delighted with Imelda's professional guidance and her caring, friendly and helpful service. Getting a visa is stressful but Imelda has supported and encouraged us throughout the whole process and now thanks to her we have our first stage visa for the uk. My effort to obtain the UK spousal visa started back in July 2019 as I am married to an UK citizen. However, the outcome was unfavorable as I did not fully understand the immigration requirements. As a result, I started working IAS starting December 2019 to reapply for the visa, and have received the best immigration service and guidance from Kate Pask and her colleague, Imelda (both are located in the Bristol office). Kate and her team have been extremely professional and responsive to every enquiry during this process. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the time to process my application was delayed by several months. However, I am very please that my application was accepted by the Home Office and I am legally permitted to live and work in the UK for 2.5 years. I plan to use IAS services in the future when it is time to apply for my extension. Thank you Kate for all you have done for me and my spouse!!

I worked with Imelda Hajredini to obtain my wife's second leave to remain visa as I knew I didn't fully understand the details of the application process. Imelda was excellent; she fully explained the issues which needed to be followed and ensured they were progressed efficiently. This is my second time working with Kate Pask in regards to Tier 2 work applications. I have switched employers twice now under my Tier 2 leave and both times I have used IAS and Kate's services to assist. Kate has helped with reviewing my Tier 2 applications and has taken my new employer through the process of registering to sponsor me as a migrant worker. I cannot recommend Kate enough. She is very quick to communicate and has the ability to explain all the complications of the legal process in ways that the client can understand. She is very giving with her time and is happy to answer all of my questions, and she is very good about giving regular updates on where the process is and where it will move. Again, I truly cannot recommend IAS and Kate's services enough. There is no one else I would trust with immigration matters.
