I had a regular service undertaken by iMist on the 18th of March (ref: QS111009-2025). The engineer, John Ashwood arrived on time, was very polite and respectful. Moreover he was extremely competent and was able to carry out the servicing quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I would recommend them.

First annual service after our system was installed last year. Aaron & Jacob arrived at 8.15 am. It would have been helpful to know our window in advance, but they were very efficient and left everything tidy afterwards

The service was not great at all.

We had installation team to come and do the second fix installation of a pump and sprinkler system. The guy wo drilled the holes on the ceiling had to make few patches as he couldnt get the sprinklers installed properly. He left a messy job on already painted ceilings. They were not prepared with the correct hole cutters, no protection and lack of clean work.

I had to give them a sheet to use as protection which later he advised me that we should take care of and clean the rubbish. After telling him off he went ad threw itt away. However, the whole room was covered in dust, floor, sofa and table. They didnt clean, neither apologise.i addressed the issue withtheir headoffice but didnt hear back. All they did is kept insisting for me to pay for the final payment.

Moreover, when you use their services they come to the address, they park anywhere (not on pay and display spots), then if they have any parking fines they forward them to you on top of the contract.

I think service like this is deffinately not customer friendly. I wouldnt recomend them to be honest and now have to call a painter to come and sort out the mess on the ceiling. See photos attached.
