What an absolute breath of fresh air! 🙂 We decided to instruct Illet & Clark to sell our home due to the highly professional conveyance service they provided us last time. Called them for a quote to instruct on my behalf in a property sale, I accepted the quote and an automated response stated a member of the team would be in touch, I'm yet to hear anything weeks later. I've since found another solicitor and can safely say, I won't be approaching illet and Clark again for their services.

Rubbish service. We went in to discuss with Tracy and all fine. Told forms would be posted. 3 weeks later.. no forms. So I rang in. Tracy had no idea why no forms had been sent. Said she would 'investigate' and ring me asap. 2 weeks later... no call. Have taken my business elsewhere
