Jacqueline Almond, who is a partner in the private client department is outstanding. Jacqueline has been our family solicitor for many years and has acted on numerous occasions with Wills, Powers of Attorney, finding a care company to care for my mother and step-father in their home and dealing with my late mother's estate, when she died in 2022. During an unexpected and difficult time when my wife was diagnosed with aggressive cancer and subsequently died. I was very pleased with the kindness and consideration given to our needs by Elena Hall of IBB Law. She undertook her duties not only in an extremely professional manner but also in a very compassionate way as well. Our needs were to add a codicil to my wife's will, then apply for LPAs for both of us. Finally I needed to make changes to my will and a completely new one was created.
All of these tasks were carried out over a period of 6 months with the minimum of fuss and in a highly professional manner.
I (and I'm sure that my deceased wife) can not recommend Mrs Hall highly enough and commend her attitude to our needs throughout.
