We recently had a survey carried out at a property we had purchased. Clive was an absolute gent to deal with from start to finish. Clive came recommend from a public forum and he lived up to his previous excellent reviews. We were kept informed evey step of the way, he went above and beyond for the owners of the house to ensure the transaction was as smooth as possible. Clives report was fantastic, his thoroughness and attention to detail was superb. He gave an honest and structured review of the property and backed this all up with a multitude of photographs. Our survey was carried out by Clive very promptly and he even kindly phoned to let me know how it went, which was so helpful. What can I say other than a first class customer service deserving of 5+ stars. I contacted Clive via text message, as I was at work at the time, about getting a home health inspection. He promptly message back to get some more details. Later that evening Clive phoned me to discuss the issues I was having with my home, namely mould and condensation and all that comes with it. Now, many people would have just give me a cost to conduct an inspection and then proceeded to take my money. Clive on the other hand, gleamed more information from me, and then talked me through what I needed to do in terms of changing living habits as well as some basic improvements I could make in relation to insulation and ventilation. Overall Clive talked to me for over 30 mins in a very professional but down to earth manner. He did not charge me for this and has left the door open for me to contact him in the future if I need his expertise. I have no hesitation to recommend him and I will in the future when needing an inspection call upon him and avail of his services. Extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and a pleasure to talk to.
