A big thank you to Warwickshire Window Doctors! We had a double glazed handle and we didn't know if can be repaired. After making an appointment, Ian came to assess the work and before we know it, Ian fixed it!! Amazing service and excellent customer service! I had four windows that were draughty and letting in rain! Ian Law quickly diagnosed rusty hinges and replaced them quickly, without mess and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from start to finish. We had glass in some of the windows replaced and a new back door.
Tammy was super friendly and took all the hassle away.

Great service from Warwickshire Window Doctors. They were able to provide a unique solution that other local firms said was not possible. Tammy persevered with the manufacturer to get the correct design and Ian did a superb job fitting the replacement door (the attention to detail and level of finish was excellent).

The initial call was friendly and professional. An appointment was made. They were very busy so I was booked in for 3 weeks later. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for a quote and have emailed twice, with no response?

After a few last minute cancelled appointments, a few cheap excuses along the way, and a faulty drafty window in a house with a toddler, I can definitely not recommend the company. Unless you don't value your sanity that is...

Ian did a wonderful job on repairing a cracked window but also advising and installing a new window in an outbuilding. It looks fantastic and he has completed the job both quickly and surpassed our expectations - Highly recommend Warwickshire Window Doctors!

Interesting issue.
Had a problem with a bi fold sticking.
*October 2022 quote for £150.
*Then after a second visit, suddenly I need a new sill so new quote is £392!!
*then another quote on 16 nov dropped to £354!
* work done in jan 2023, simply adjusted the glass and NO mention of wear and tear and apparently no sill needed but new bill is £225!( remember it was £150)
*door is still sticking mid Jan again and March, emails sent.
*THEN forward to 1st Jan 24 door is still sticking- window doctor reply was 'wear and tear' and call out charge of £97.
So the minute I say it's not wear and wear (22 jan 2024) and its the SAME issue as before, I get NO REPLY, NO answer to emails- not interested.

Then I get a message eventually to say it needs new parts and they can't help, this is WITHOUT any visit!!
Why should I pay for the same ongoing problem that I paid £150 which isn't actually resolved.
I'm not sure they know what they are talking about, 4 different quotes, needs a sill, then it doesn't.
Needs new parts even though they havnt even visited to see what's wrong.
It's absolute rubbish and clear they are just not interested without getting another £97 call out.

Remember it's the SAME problem NOT fixed but paid for within a year.
Totally fobbed off by Tammy in the office and nonsense excuse ref parts and wear and tear without even looking at the problem.( door catching on frame when closing, a simple adjustment of the glass correctly would have fixed this)
They are dreadful at replying to messages, emails, then they cancel and change appointments.

Another window expert has now had a look and done this simply, he said it wasn't done correctly last time, what a surprise.
No new parts.no drama

Shame wwd you could have resolved this easily but chose not to.
Definitely avoid at all cost and will be letting everyone I know the same.
Doctors, dont make me laugh.
