Dreadful solicitors it pains me having to give it one star ! It's the worst conveyancing solicitors I have ever had to deal with
From lack of communication, losing documents , and appalling behaviour from staff members. I couldn't believe how unprofessional it was , I'm just glad now I have a new solicitors to deal with the mess the created.

Actually, the worst firm of any kind at all!

Summary: post-completion process on a leasehold property purchase has dragged on for almost a year, and I've only just managed to find out what stalled it for so long.

As for getting it resolved, I seem to be no closer.

Repeatedly calling or asking via email for updates gets no response. Still no answers to questions, even at a basic level. Conveyancer is always "on the other line" when I call... Direct questions usually completely ignored, or provoke responses so ungrammatical that it's hard to tell what is meant.

Simply incompetent: repeatedly asking them to check things was ignored, and I ended up having to go through statements myself to find the error that was made by ICS. They still have not corrected it though!

I am losing money by the day because of this firm. Wish I'd never engaged them!
