Best thing I done was appointing Hurleys as my representation! I never felt judged which was the most important thing to me when having to discuss very personal things.

Laura was absolutely amazing from start to finish! All ways kept me up to date and answered my 1 million questions promptly. Laura was extremely thorough and professional whilst also applying a personal and friendly approach I really felt as though she was on my side throughout the process which made me feel at ease.

We got the outcome we wanted/deserved and I’m extremely happy for that and I owe a large part of that to Hurleys for all their efforts.

I would highly recommend Hurleys to anyone who finds themselves in a bad situation!

I rang the practice office this morning to ask some simple questions about who would be representing me. The (male) receptionist was avoidant in his response, choosing to volunteer information that I had not asked for and offer me advice about the concept of ‘trust’. When I pointed this out to him he became abrupt and rude. I requested to leave a message with him, to ask David Hurley to call me back to discuss my situation and the receptionist’s demeanour. The receptionist just hung up on me.

A very poor advertisement for your practice and services. Not a very pleasant or reassuring front door experience.
