Asked for help with interpreting working in a land registry query. Quote was quickly forthcoming but when I needed to clarify a few thing, they informed me my case would be closed because I had not replied with 8 business hours. This is after I had filled in all the paperwork. What a waste of time. John Humble was a fantastic man. Sadly what is left now is terribly poor
