As a first time buyer, it was very daunting, I was expecting absolute chaos on my end and to go through buckets of stress and panic. I was looking for solicitors and came across HS Legal, who had excellent reviews and were very affordable. I spoke with Jawad who made it very clear what we needed to do, there was no pressure, and I wasn't pushed or thrown into anything I was unsure about, it all flowed so smoothly from there.

Him and his team were very thorough, which is worthy of 5 starts in itself with how conveyancing can go amongst other firms (I've heard many horror stories), Jawad and his associates made sure everything was done appropriately, they were always polite and accommodating (I prefer emails to phone calls).

Overall, the whole experience was completely stress free, and I today I had the keys to my new property placed in my hand, with a huge thanks for Jawad and HS Legal.

I know a lot of their reviews come from other legal handlings, but don't let that dissuade you from purchasing their services for conveyancing, they are very much a 5* firm.

This firm is horrible they don’t answer phone no reply to messages I appointed them to represent me as seller it’s been 6 months nothing has happened except initially phone chat when they took the first instructions and deposit since then it’s been 6months no one can get threw to them so we decided to go with another solicitor firm it was good the buyers were understandable so we start again after 6 months of anxiety ?

Do not use.
Terribly slow for replies, also had unexpected costs excluded out of the invoice. Constant chasing sometimes 1-2 week replies between emails. No ability to call ever my solicitor . Would not recommend
