HRS were brilliant, got some great divorce advice in my initial free session, and also in a good location in the city centre, easy to find. I thought going to see a Lawyer would be a bit scary but they were very nice. The person I saw, Tyler Wilson was amazing, and so personable. I found out so much, in a language I understood too, so I will definitely be returning

I made an enquiry online, subsequently spoke with someone and provided a lot of details, I was then told someone would get back to me. I unfortunately havent heard back since - if you are not able to assist then you should inform prospective clients so that they can seek advice elsewhere, rather than waiting in limbo for a call back.

I started divorce proceedings last March 2023 with the Walsall Office and in recent months everything seems to have come to a stop. No one answers my emails! I have also called and left a message requesting an update. I usually an out of office message or one saying she is on training! Last contact was at the end of April 2024!
