I can't recommend HPLP enough. They were very informative and helpful in each step of the process with my mother's request to extend her lease. Ash was brilliant...and patient... unfortunately COVID hit which had big impact in getting the land registry office to finalise the extension. But we got there in the end.
If you need lease support..I would highly recommend the HPLP team.

I used their service for my lease extension. My caseworker was Yasmin who acted professionally throughout the process. She was quick to respond, and provided good advise when needed. The fees were around the average compared to other firms, not too expensive and not the cheapest one, but overall, with the level of support and care I received, I would rate it value for money.

Hannah Airey managed our property sale, she was friendly, professional and most importantly incredibly responsive. She had a collaborative approach, was flexible when we just had our baby and needed a bit of time and help organising documents and finally she agreed to complete our sale a day after their last working day before Christmas.
