I am extremely disappointed with this company. I have been waiting for my injury claim to be solved for more than 4 months. Every time I call them they postpone the call. Today, I call in and receptionist replied they will look to book again the specialist to look after and receive again report. I said already report has been received and I have a confirmation email of it from them. She then put me on hold, and then she back again with same answer. As they always postpone to call me back and they do not do it, I asked for the complain department email to the receptionist. She put me on hold again. Then, is when she transferred to Catherin Smith straight away. Today, Catherine Smith said she will give me a call back after the conference. I replied: When will be this happen? She said: In the afternoon. I replied: What time exactly? She said: I do not know but I will call you. (HOWEVER, THEY DO NOT CALL. THIS
ALWAYS HAPPENS!) then I asked to please give the complaint email. AND denied to give the email on the phone, by replying she was on the conference and she could not be on the phone. Even my wife got on the phone because we are extremely upset with the services. However, she said and replied to me same thing " I cannot do it now.... " throughout 2 min or 3. Me and Wife asked are you denying?
She said: no i am not. Conclusion: Why did she not give it ? However, if she had said the email for complains would take 30second or so. She spend almost 2 min saying: not to give the email.
They are NOT complying as a company to be clear with their costumers , NOT complying with return calls, they are NOT being trustful and taking ages to solve a situation. Despite that had many persons taking care of my case, almost every time I call is a different person. Business MUST give the complaint department to customers and they are not. I am with them through my insurance.... just in case you reading it. I actually did not decide with company, I am considering now to move somewhere else if I can. OTHERWISE PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THEM to solve your cases if you want a competent company. I can let you know the rest of the situation as soon as it has been closed with them. I really hope that now You as a company understand my frustration has a costumer. I really hope this is enough to show you how bad is your customers services, at the moment. I hope this will help to improve your services to future customers. Me and my wife really hope this situation turn to a HAPPY END and that this company will take now care of our case. Everyone can make mistakes but do not playing with WELLBEING OF FAMILIES. AS well as Customer services feeds Business operations. I will be happy to change my review in future if the case changes, I am more than happy to update for a better end of story/relashionship!

This compay has been dealing with my claim for months now and I am still waiting.. Not once have they called/emailed to provide an update; I have done all the chasing. When I was initially put through to them, the file handler stated thier fee was 60%. I immediately told him this was far too much and I would not be using their services. He then asked what % I was hoping for. When I said 25% max, he quickly accepted and kept pushing for me to sign the paperwork. This was a huge red flag that I regrettably ignored. I work in a similar industry and there's no way I could leave my clients hanging for months on end with no update? Very sneaky and unreliable company. I do not recommend Hoyle Law!
