Just completed my sale with Howarth and Hollings. Very smooth process. Very efficient conveyors and quick to contact if any issues or they need anything. Very reasonable fees, and I like that every thing doesn't have to be done online if you don't want to, that's becoming rare now with many other solicitors. I would recommend and I would definitely use again.

Some house sales go through without a hitch, others are a real rollercoaster journey. Our experience was, unfortunately, the latter. After having 3 buyers pull out, the sale finally completed with the 4th set of buyers. With each new set of buyers, the team worked tirelessly to try and push the sale through.
