Mark Avery is a very knowledgeable conveyancer and an expert in this area. Very experienced and reasonably priced. At busy times he can be tricky to get hold of, but rest assured, he is working hard behind the scenes.... He has also been working Saturdays during the really busy periods, so all credit to him. I've also had dealings with Maria Dash both professionally and personally and I can again speak very highly of her service... you may have to wait for a call or email back at times, but they know their job and the local area and the fees are very reasonable...

Hoole & co are amazing. I Had cause to use their services recently, they were the only solicitors l could find that were actually working. ( just after Lockdown)
They were very efficient & friendly, also you don't get ripped off like so many others.
After my experience with them l highly recommended them & will use them in future myself.

Mark Avery was a tremendous help. I bought my house through him many years ago, and sold it with his help recently too. He went above and beyond to help deal with many issues that came up, and resolved them. He was generous with his time. Very knowledgeable about conveyancing and what is essential and what is optional. He is a credit to Hoole and Co.

Worst service from any of "professional" I've received. Mark was very arrogant and not helpful in any respect. Contacted Hoole & Co via their phone number multiple times and arranged to get a signature witnessed in which the chap on the phone said he'd be in on Wednesday and would be happy to do it for £20. Came in and Mark rushed down into a meeting room, said have I arranged a meeting to which I said I hadn't as I was told I could pop in. Further to this he said I should have called him when there is only one phone number advertised and the receptionist stated everyone was in meetings 2 of the 3 times I had called. He stated that the service for witnessing a signature would be £120

Awful service !!
My partner and I used Hoole and Co to sell her flat.
Almost impossible to talk to - email only. Always promised to call back but literally never did.
Turned the sale (no purchase) of a one bedroom flat into a nightmare.

waited for 3 weeks for the guy that deals with property to phone me back (Mark) and make an appointment to transfer equity as part of a divorce settlement.. I would never use these again, I would rather pay more and get a decent service.
On speaking to Mark this morning I was told he wasn't aware I was waiting for him to arrange a meeting ?and then said he would not be able to fit me in for another 2 weeks...., I've already waited 3 weeks.
Big mistake on my part going with this solicictors

Totally not happy with Hoole and Co, I rang up a few weeks ago and spoke to a nice lady who informed me that for the meantime they don't offer help in name changes, however, when ringing up today I spoke to a rather snobby woman, who was quite rude and put me on hold, without my consent. She informed me that they no longer offer this service, despite the fact that their website says they do. What an absolute joke.
