Chloe is like a breath of fresh air, as previous to speaking to her I had communications with another firm that took 2 days to reply to my queries, leaving me with a very negative feeling of wanting to instruct them. Great service! As soon as I made an online inquiry, i recieved a call shortly after who explained the details around the services . Things were extremely fast and efficient . Later I had a change of hearts for personal reasons and Michael specifically was extremely friendly and prompt in arranging the cancellation and refunds within minutes of requesting for it. Highly recommend !

Overall my experience was positive and my conveyancer Lisa Jenkins. Fast and efficient.
Downside, all documents are digital nothing posted including land registry and titles.
If you can't get hold of your conveyancer on the phone, you need to ring Home Legal Direct. However, if you get a certain woman on the phone, she doesn't like you ringing up to pass on your messages and the tone gets worse on every call. I think a discussion needs to take place there.
Other staff are very respectful and courteous.

The team did a great job and was polite and helpful, even though there were issues with the service I chosen through the comparison website, they promptly corrected the situation, a lesson for anyone using these comparison sites, never ever go for the cheapest quote and always check the star ratings.
