I was a first time buyer and opted for Homden due to good reviews even though their rates were not the cheapest I came across. I can't say anything negative about the quality of their work during the purchasing process. However, as soon as we reached completion date, all communication pretty much ceased and my remaining questions were left unanswered. I also had to chase some of the paperwork for weeks as my emails were ignored so it only got sorted when I called their office.
