From start to finish the process of undertaking the survey with Fraser at Holywell was easy and very professional. Fraser was happy to have a call before the survey to identify any issues I wanted reviewed specifically, he called immediately after the survey for a summary of his findings and then after issuing the full report (within 48 hours) he was happy to take further questions. I would certainly recommend Holywell Surveyors and will be using him again in the future.
