Grim. No privacy, solicitor with a face like a slapped rear end spoke to us in the reception area. No smile, no feeling of being made to feel welcome. Felt very uncomfortable, especially the lack of privacy. Very unpleasant experience.

Do no use this firm! This firm was instructed by my partner and his ex wife back in June 2020. The solicitor (Vicky) has literally done nothing she was supposed to, the little they have done as a firm was only as a result of us chasing them constantly and having to do a lot of the leg work ourselves. We’ve even gone to the manager to try and get things moving but still nothing! I’m in complete shock at how incompetent and useless they’ve been. We are no further forward than we were 7 months ago when they were first instructed. Avoid at all costs.

I would rate less than 1 star if I could, they were useless on the sale of the house and useless on the buying of the house, I wish no one ever had to go through what I had to when buying a house and will be looking for compensation on loss of earnings from moving dates around last minute
