I was so unsure about switching from renting my flat out as normal to turning it into a HMO, the boys were 100% correct in everything they said, they had my best intentions, they looked after everything for me and did all the work, in fixing the flat up to finding all the tenants for me, highly recommended, don’t hesitate have a chat with Hussain who was brilliant, friendly and put my mind at ease. It’s worth talking to them if your thinking about changing and they are a brilliant team and organisation!

HMO Property Licensing. Management offered legal services. Served the notices incorrectly. One thousand and eleven pounds. The paperwork got returned 3 times from Brentford Court not accepting it. Upon attending court & tenant. The case got rejected immediately at court. In 20 second's. Due HMO Licencing. Serving the legal paperwork too soon & not itemizing it correctly. Therefore the tenant carried on living for free. HMO Property Licencing offered no Liability or refund. Seeking legal advice from property Ombudsman or solicitor's.
