Having recently arrived home after living abroad for many years we knew we needed an expert on our side who could help us navigate the unfamiliar property purchase process in the UK. A local estate agent referred us to Caroline, and after an initial consultation we were convinced that she was the perfect match for us. As such, we engaged her and her team to help us purchase our dream home in the Nottinghamshire countryside.

Carolines sunny disposition, incredible legal expertise and excellent communication skills helped us avoid the many potential pitfalls of buying a home in the UK.

Andrew and Anita both provided excellent service, very friendly and professional. In a purchase that was riddled with issues, these both provided massive reassurance throughout and responded to our many queries with clarity. They are very approachable and easy to communicate with which makes a massive difference when dealing with such important matters. Andrew and Caroline were wonderful throughout our multi-year and staccato transaction on a house that had both emerging problems and a significant overage agreement on it. Over an elapsed duration of over two years, they advised, aborted, got back in the saddle and dealt with everything - including issues that resided with our sloth-like Sellers' solicitor. Nothing was too much - responsive, communicative and able to talk me down from some considerable frustration, Andrew and Caroline were firmly in our corner at every step of the journey. Highly recommended!
