I have received a very poor service, I still haven't received a payout after my case was settled some months ago. I was informed by the solicitor dealing with my case (over the phone) that I owed the firm money and would not be receiving any payment. So I asked to be sent the bill with a breakdown to show how i owed them. It has been a couple of months and i still have not received a bill/breakdown. I have sent several emails requesting the bill/breakdown with no response. I sent another email and tried to call today but nobody answered and I was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full? I will update in 1 week from now.

You expect the worst when dealing with solicitors in relation to a claim but Hill Slater could not have been more helpful and made the process as smooth as possible.

I was kept up to date throughout the process by Sattar (my file handler) and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Even when my file handler was not in, other personnel were more than happy to provide an update.

I have nothing but praise for Hill Slater solicitors, the way they handled my claim was nothing short of fantastic. Sattar was so helpful and very articulate in everything he handled for me. Very helpful, sorted physio. Doctors appointments etc, there were a couple of gaps in communication but this was not necessarily down to My claim handler, but a quick email to him(Jack) and an almost immediate response was received with an update. Thanks to Jack and the team for sorting my claim.

Avoid this company !!! Come to you and start with being quick and efficient…. Then you end up doing all the work / phone calls for them to waste time doing anything. Wish I had gone with a different company to handle my accident claim !!!
