I am shocked by the level of disjointed communication between HP departments. Had a laptop turn up that failed to start up. I then wrang HP and told them about the issue, they went through the troubleshooting methods over the phone, but the suggestions didn't work. They then told me that they where going to pick it up for repair, got the notification from HP to inform me of when the pick up was, but still no pickup....I wrang them up and they arranged it again and again no pickup....this happened a third time and still nothing. I have wrang HP up today and expressed my frustrations politely and they told me they would escalate the issue and I would need to wait up to 48 more hours!... But lets rewind this, how come HP didn't say "Ok, we will send out a replacement and pickup the BRAND NEW LAPTOP you just bought from us". Statutory rights anyone? I guess HP don't have to follow the law?
