I have just purchased a place in Saint Leonards and was advised to get a local conveyancer. I went online and after reading the positive reviews I plumped for Heringtons and was assigned Josie Filler. I never actually got to meet her in person ( because of Covid) but I found her to be really personable, patient, tenacious and thorough; She talked me through all my queries and was quick to respond to all my emails and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
