Thoroughly decent chaps, helpful professional and honest.

Took my DIL car as an emergency for them to run a diagnostic. They don't actually do the job required there for this fix,but gave me the conract details for 2 other repair places & feedback, telling me exactly what to say.
They were so helpful & friendly.
Didn't even know they were there, actually drove past.
Definitely worth trying them, especially if like me you know nothing about cars - they won't try to rip you off.

Find out once sorted but stars for information, flexibility and no "airs and graces" - strike me as mechanics rather than service salesmen

Two weeks on probably push to 5 stars - highly recommend especially if your dealer prefers quick and expensive - tested, assessed, priced and delivered solution on time

I have been booked for early diagnose and price estimation so that next day he can carry out the required work if ageeed on work n price. Asked me to drop the car at 11:00 and by 16:00 didn’t get chance to look at what’s wrong with the car. Promised me to call back me but no calls and when I called then told to me booked for tomorrow. Then why that guy asked me to drop the car today if needs to be looked at tomorrow. When I challenged this then become very very rude and said - go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and rude guy. Never recommend anyone. Compete time waster.
