My previous experience of Helping Hands, in a different area, was good so an extra star for that. However, we've now asked 3 times for a printed brochure to be sent out and 3 times nothing has happened. Very disappointing.

Upgraded by a star from my initial review as the manager was quick to contact me, apologize and provide the requested information.

My 93 year old grandma left with no carer for over 16 hours, no morning carer, no drinks, helping hands didn't contact the family, they have been feeding her out of date food, sending in young girls who have no basic cooking skills to prepare a meal they just have no idea.
