Very poor due to lack of understanding in my needs and I can not help my voice nor can I help my communication needs. I explained that they should not take things personally but it seems it is o.k for them to accuse you or shout at you even when they don't really know how difficult things can be for you . I would not recommend this company ever to anyone with complex need not enough professional training. They were very discriminatory to me! I am thinking of going to my M.P.
