I totally agree with the last previous comments, the company is not professional, they will call you to sign the documents and after that no more news from them... When you call the office they cannot reach the person in charged of your case and would say that they will email him but it's all a lie. I cannot recommend them as the company!!! It looks like a scam to me...

Just have to say they have been brilliant throughout, from start to finish no hassle on point the benchmark for excellence in customer service. Thank all the people that were involved TAZ WHO RECOMMENDED HELM SOLICITORS AND ESPECIALLY AIYSHA, FOZIA AND ZAK very friendly and polite. Always kept updated didn't have to call them every month to find out what's happening. Keep it up guys you doing a brilliant job. My courtesy car come within days considering it was COVID PEAK, It was repaired to a high standard considering I work for MERCEDES MAIN DEALER in BHAM I could not fault anything with the repairs very professional finish thanks guys. The claim was settled and paid out VERY EFFECIENTLY hassle free. If you ever need a legal team dealing with any Road traffic accident this is the firm you want dealing with it.

Very bad communication skills, they dont even answer the phones properly, just with hello so your not even sure at first if your talking to the right place, customers service skills 0- none havent been helpful on any level, would definatley not recommend, there are far more professional solicitors out there that's for sure.
