I had used Headleys for a house purchase and they were unlike any solicitor I had used before. HOWEVER, I have used just them to purchase a plot of land and the purchase was dealt with by Francis Lloyd-Cummings....by far the best solicitor I have ever worked with. His communication throughout the process was excellent. He emails back within an hour (un-heard of!). We have just completed a house purchase using Headleys. Dealt with Fancis and Emma and it was an absolute pleasure. They were communicative and friendly with no questions from us, being a first time buyers, being too much and always responding within an hour and at one point even chasing us for information!
