I have just gone through a traumatic , emotional & stressful time in my life in the last year going through a divorce. Sharon Ferguson ( HCB solicitors ) in Leigh has been fantastic throughout. Guiding me on my journey with her phenomenal amount of knowledge and a very empathetic nature. I could not have gone through this without her. Her advice and explanation of divorce law was second to none. I would highly recommend her.

My sister and I came to HCB solicitors following a recommendation, we Dealt with Sharon Ferguson regarding my sisters divorce, and she is a lovely lady and she explained everything in a way my sister and I understood, she was always on hand for a phone query or if not she returned our calls promptly.
We also dealt with Alexandria Martin, who is a very down to earth but yet professional lady in regards to our wills, my sister was writing hers I was so impressed with Alexandria and her way of explaining everything and making things less daunting that I decided to write mine also.
I cannot recommend this solicitors enough, and Alex and Sharon and I will be recommending them to anyone who I think needs their help

Appalling company. The secretary on the phone "Ellie" was as useful as a chocolate tea pot and they flat out refused to answer 1 question without paying up front first.

Wouldn't touch these with a barge pole as they are clearly driven by money, not what is right/justice.

I just want to say how fantastic Sharon Ferguson has been. We have just come to an end of a very messy and stressful divorce case for my 82 year old dad. We trusted HCB to handle our late mother’s Will and probate to ease our pain at a very difficult time for the family.
What a disappointment on every front!
We have been left with a very sour experience from HCB who have not helped in our hour of need.
Three complaints emails so far without acknowledgment.
If you need a solicitor with compassion, I’d avoid at all costs.

SHARON FERGUSON AT HCB SOLICITORS!! We worked together for an ongoing battle fighting for my 4 year old son as a single dad which lasted for 3/half years. Since day 1 she has always been one step ahead of the social, local authority, guardians, or anything that I was challenged with! consistently there for any problem or situation going on. When treated unfairly or wrong decisions were made she was simply a phone call away and within a day she would have been onit without fail. Never had to repeat or ask twice. Once mentioned she got to work. I felt I could take on the world with Sharon. Complete professional throughout. No mistakes, no errors, no waiting, never once did I have any problem or issue. Had my back durning the worst times always reassured and guided when needed. AS OF TODAY We won the case and i have a date my son is returned full custody. Blessed to have had the opportunity to meet and have as my solicitor such an amazing human with great passion, caring, thoughtful, invested in my problems just as much to get them sorted! me and my son will forver be grateful.
